Carmen Bremer is a seasoned practitioner with deep expertise in intellectual property and technology law, commercial transactions, and every facet of litigation, both state and federal. In addition to her years of experience litigating high-stakes commercial and intellectual property cases and counseling clients in IP transactions, Carmen also serves numerous businesses in a general counsel capacity, advising business leaders directly to provide workable solutions to the myriad issues they face in their day-to-day business operations.

Steven Bremer is an experienced corporate and finance lawyer with a growing litigation practice. After graduating from Northwestern University School of Law, Steven built a successful transactional practice while working at prominent international law firms in Dallas, TX. During that time, Steven represented banks, financial firms, and publicly traded companies in large loan transactions, workouts, bankruptcy matters, and mergers and acquisitions. Recognizing his passion for the adversarial nature of litigation since founding Bremer Law Group in 2015, Steven expanded his practice and now applies his corporate and finance experience to complex commercial litigation matters and other disputes.
